**About the Role**

We are seeking a talented and experienced major gifts fundraiser to join our team at the University of Cambridge. As the Associate Director, London, you will play a key role in building and strengthening our networks of alumni and supporters in London.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to secure philanthropic support for the University's priorities, including major gifts and legacy giving.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, senior academic and administrative staff, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with academics and development colleagues to pursue donor-led major gift fundraising opportunities.
  • Work with the International and Regional Team to achieve fundraising goals and objectives.

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of securing major gifts and legacy giving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
