About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Alumni Engagement team as an Alumni Engagement Associate. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in designing multi-platform communications and driving strategic projects with strong project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and initiate a comprehensive engagement program with a focus on the School's strategic priorities.
  • Manage engagement opportunities, including local, national, international, and online activities, as well as communications materials to promote the work of the School to alumni and other supporters.
  • Enhance alumni involvement, reinforce existing relationships, and encourage alumni to contribute to the School through volunteering and philanthropic channels.
  • Collaborate with the Alumni Engagement team, the School of Clinical Medicine, and the wider University community to achieve strategic goals.

About the Team

The Alumni Engagement team is accountable for increasing the breadth and depth of engagement with the University's community of over 300,000 ambassadors, advocates, and supporters. We are a friendly, collaborative, and inclusive team that values diversity and equality.
