About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fundraising Assistant. As a key member of our Development and Alumni Relations team, you will provide administrative support to our Fundraisers, managing their portfolios and fundraising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, coordinate appointments and meetings, and record meeting minutes.
  • Assist Fundraisers in managing their portfolios and fundraising campaigns.
  • Use our CRM, Amicus, to track and manage fundraising relationships and campaigns.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, handle expense claims, and aid in event planning.
  • Occasionally create promotional materials to support fundraising efforts.

Cambridge University Development and Alumni Relations is the fundraising and alumni engagement arm of the University. We are responsible for raising major philanthropic gifts from alumni and non-alumni sources, and for encouraging lifelong relationships and building links between the University, its alumni, and supporters.
