Job Title: Peterborough Teachers

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Peterborough-based tutor or teacher. The successful candidate will have experience in planning and delivering engaging lessons to students with a range of needs, including SEN, SEMH, anxiety, Autism, and ADHD.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality, individualized lessons to students with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with foster carers, residential home staff, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Provide detailed, extensive feedback to students and parents on strengths and areas for development
  • Manage challenging behavior and engage disaffected pupils in education
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and training for the role
  • Experience working with students with SEN, SEMH, and other complex needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
