Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Kendall Poole Consulting Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through new customer acquisition and retention of existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, digital marketing, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring retention and growth of revenue
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop leads through digital marketing channels
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales success in a technical sales environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • CRM experience and sophisticated IT skills
