As the company transitions to new offices in central Winchester, they are in search of a motivated individual possessing excellent communication abilities and a professional demeanor, who takes pride in their contributions.
The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the new UK office, ensuring the seamless functioning of the office and essential business processes. The role entails a balanced division of responsibilities between office management, bookkeeping, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager / Bookkeeper include:
- Reception duties, facilities oversight, managing suppliers, mail handling, and filing.
- Support for meetings and events, insurance renewals, health and safety compliance, quality management systems, and CyberEssentials Plus. Additionally, coordinating with the IT supplier to maintain necessary accreditations.
Administrative support for human resources.
- Onboarding of new employees. Setting up new staff within the organization, including IT access, insurance arrangements, and private medical coverage.
- Employee Leave Management. Keeping track of employee holidays and related records.
- General Administrative Duties.
