Service & Deployment Coordinator

R13 Recruitment is currently supporting a well-known business in their search for a Service & Deployment Coordinator to join their Norwich team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with customers to answer queries and book in services.
  • Working closely with various departments to ensure a high standard of service is delivered.
  • Maintaining scheduling and appointments, and inputting information onto the internal system.
  • Providing administrative support to the team, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are kept.
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience and the ability to build rapport.
  • Highly organised and the ability to manage a busy and diverse workload.
  • Strong IT skills, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

This is a full-time, temporary to permanent job working Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm. The offered salary for this is £12.60 per hour.
