Business Unit Managing Partner, Northern Europe

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the growth and profitability of our largest business unit in EMEA. As the Managing Partner, you will be responsible for leading a team of over 800 purpose-driven professionals, driving a commercial strategy that delivers operational effectiveness, and creating a culture of collaboration and growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the commercial operations of the Northern Europe Business Unit, driving growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement a commercial strategy that aligns with ERM's global strategy and strategic imperatives.
  • Recruit, mentor, and coach key leaders to ensure the success of the business unit.
  • Manage the performance of Partners and employees within the Business Unit to meet Northern Europe and Regional standards and expectations.
  • Coordinate with other Business Unit Managing Partners to manage resources on a regional basis to maximize utilization.
