Development Experience Lead

Children North East is a leading children's charity in the North East region, working to ensure that all babies, children, and young people are happy, healthy, and valued.
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Development Lead to support our Operational Development Director in driving forward our current work across the North East region.
The successful candidate will take a lead in developing our internal voice offer to the babies, children, young people, and families we work with, and will support the development, implementation, and sale of our training offer across the North East through a new online platform.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside the Operational Development Director to conduct thorough research on potential new areas of work, scoping current issues and trends that affect babies, children, and young people.
- Driving forward our current work across the North East region with support from the Operations Director and Operational Development Director.
- Working alongside the Operations Development Director and the Policy team to influence and drive forward our policy and campaign work.
- Developing project targets and KPIs to ensure that our development work has a clear focus and is driven by the strategic vision of the organisation.
