Role Overview:
As a Trading Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the product lifecycle management system by ensuring it reflects the most recent delivery and shipping details.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with various departments to fulfill both customer and private label requirements.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date freight cost information.
3. Partner with the Buying team to conduct product evaluations and strategize for upcoming seasons.
4. Analyze inventory and sales data to inform seasonal replenishment strategies.
5. Support in-season trading and markdown strategies to enhance sales performance.
6. Contribute to the development of insightful weekly trading reports.
7. Generate reports and analyses to meet business objectives.
8. Ensure the accuracy and currency of product data at all times.
9. Occasionally participate in trade exhibitions, promoting products and fostering relationships.
10. Demonstrate a keen interest in data analysis to uncover potential risks and opportunities.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
