We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Focus Resourcing Group. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer and supplier interactions
  • Process and track purchase orders, invoices, and shipments
  • Coordinate with clients and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and document preparation
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
    • Accuracy and timeliness of record-keeping and data entry
    • Efficient processing and tracking of purchase orders and invoices
    • Effective communication and resolution of client and supplier issues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a business operations or office support capacity
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
