About the Role:

The Fire Service College is a premier institution dedicated to training firefighting professionals, where resilience meets excellence.

As a Facilities Operations Coordinator, you will collaborate with a dedicated onsite team to ensure the seamless setup of all training activities and equipment at our facility.

This is a full-time position, operating from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare facilities for training sessions, which includes the handling of pallets and straw.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the premises post-training, involving sweeping and clearing tasks.
  • Ensure the upkeep of lighting, drains, and gullies.
  • Report any defects or issues related to buildings and equipment.
  • Work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative.

  • Physical capability to lift pallets and perform cleaning duties.
