Role Overview:
As a Practice Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Mental Health service, empowering individuals to enhance their well-being, while fostering collaboration among your peers.


In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in promoting the physical health of service users. Your duties will include conducting risk assessments, coordinating with our GP service, overseeing junior staff, and implementing screening protocols.

Key Requirements:
To excel in the role of Practice Nurse, you should have:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) experience
  • Relevant nursing qualifications
  • Current NMC registration
  • Experience in a comparable environment
  • Demonstrated clinical practice development
