About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (Mental Health) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to our care staff
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines, particularly in relation to dementia care

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a strong background in mental health nursing. You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

Working Arrangements

This is a bank position, which means you will be required to work on an ad-hoc basis to cover shifts as needed. You will be expected to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
