Key Responsibilities- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support the assessment and treatment of adults with a learning disability and mental health needs.
- Contribute to the development of individual care plans and risk assessments.
- Provide physical health care and promotion, working alongside registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Deliver high-quality interventions and support to individuals with complex needs.
- Work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Nursing Associate Foundation Degree qualification.
- Registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council.
- Experience of working in a mental health care setting, preferably with individuals with learning disabilities.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player and provide complex, sensitive information.
