Nursing Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nursing Associate to join our multidisciplinary team at NHS. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the ongoing assessment and provision of care for our patients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the ongoing assessment of patients and provide holistic and person-centred care and support.
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure a high standard of nursing care at all times.
- Assist in monitoring patients' conditions and escalate to a more senior nurse when required.
- Perform delegated activities in line with professional standards and provide effective evidence-based care for patients.
- Support patients to improve and maintain their mental, physical, and behavioural health and wellbeing.
Requirements:
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- Palliative care course/qualification.
- Willing to work towards Diploma/higher degree level qualification.
- Verification of Death.
