Position: Senior Executive Assistant

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Compensation: £75,000 - £100,000 gross per annum

Commencement: Immediate

We are seeking a highly skilled and polished Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a distinguished international businessman. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage various business and personal responsibilities with discretion and professionalism.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing complex diary management and email correspondence across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinating extensive travel arrangements, including flights, private jet bookings, and ground transportation.
  • Preparing detailed travel itineraries and maintaining accurate travel documentation.
  • Facilitating meetings and events, including making reservations at suitable venues and preparing necessary materials.
  • Managing personal correspondence and day-to-day administrative tasks with utmost confidentiality.
  • Assisting with various special projects as directed by the executive.
  • Ensuring efficient office management and acting as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

This role demands a minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, with a preference for candidates who have worked in high-pressure environments. A strong background in finance or experience within a private family office is highly desirable.

Ideal candidates will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. You will be expected to work both in the office and remotely, with occasional travel required.

To qualify for this position, candidates must:

  • Have a minimum of 10 years of experience supporting C-suite executives.
  • Provide excellent references from previous employers.
  • Be fluent in English.
  • Hold a degree from a reputable university, preferably in finance or business management.
  • Be eligible to work in the UK and possess a valid passport.
