Key Account Manager

Reed Sales & Marketing is thrilled to be partnering with a well-established commercial contractor to find a highly skilled Key Account Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced account manager with a background in insulation and heating to take their career to the next level and increase their earning potential.
Key Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £35,000 to £45,000
- Bonus: 10% of company profits
- Monday to Friday, 38.5 hours
- 25 days' holiday + bank holidays

Responsibilities:
- Manage insulation and trace heating installation projects from conception to completion
- Develop new business opportunities
- Assess requirements against specifications from drawings or site surveys
- Prepare and submit quotations
- Liaise and develop good relationships with clients
- Manage site installation engineers to ensure quality and timely completion of projects
- Report to the Managing Director on project progress
- Ensure required documentation is prepared in accordance with company procedures
- Travel predominantly within the Yorkshire and Midlands regions, with occasional overnight stays
- Ability to take site measurements and convert them into technical drawings
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Essential experience within the thermal insulation industry
- Recent experience in a management or supervisory role is required
