Responsibilities:
- Manage insulation and trace heating installation projects from conception to completion
- Develop new business opportunities
- Assess requirements against specifications from drawings or site surveys
- Prepare and submit quotations
- Liaise with clients to develop and maintain good relationships
- Manage site installation engineers to ensure quality and timely completion of projects
- Report to the Managing Director on project progress
- Ensure required documentation is prepared in accordance with company procedures
- Travel within the Yorkshire and Midlands regions, with occasional overnight stays
- Ability to take site measurements and convert them into technical drawings
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience in the thermal insulation industry is essential
- Recent experience in a management or supervisory role is required
