Reed Sales & Marketing is excited to partner with a well-established commercial contractor in their search for a Key Account Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced account manager with a background in insulation and heating to progress their career and increase their earning potential.

Key Benefits:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage insulation and trace heating installation projects from conception to completion
  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Assess requirements against specifications from drawings or site surveys
  • Prepare and submit quotations
  • Liaise with clients to develop and maintain good relationships
  • Manage site installation engineers to ensure quality and timely completion of projects
  • Report to the Managing Director on project progress
  • Ensure required documentation is prepared in accordance with company procedures
  • Travel within the Yorkshire and Midlands regions, with occasional overnight stays
  • Ability to take site measurements and convert them into technical drawings
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Experience in the thermal insulation industry is essential
  • Recent experience in a management or supervisory role is required
