Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsability for a portfolio of clients ensuring their travel needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term internal and external relationships.
  • Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients to optimise their travel programs.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues proactively..
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance, travel spend.
  • Assist with contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring favourable terms for both the company and the client.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client management, account management, or similar roles within corporate travel, hospitality, or related industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate travel management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Problem-solving and ability to handle complex travel issues with professionalism.
  • Ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and offer actionable insights to clients.
  • Proficiency in using travel management software and related tools.
