We are collaborating with a Housing Association that is seeking a Housing Management Specialist for a permanent role.

This position is full-time and offers hybrid working (3 days remote work per week), with a competitive salary starting at £43,087.00 per annum, increasing to £45,000 after the successful completion of the probation period.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in leasehold or housing management and have experience with the NEC (Northgate) system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a team to ensure effective service delivery related to the management and oversight of third-party agreements and contracts within Homeownership schemes.
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of leases and service level agreements while providing necessary support to staff and internal departments.
  • Conducting regular meetings with Homeowners & Resident Associations to address and resolve disputes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering collaborative efforts.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Inspiring and motivating team members to consistently achieve and surpass performance objectives.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to enhance service visibility and engagement.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in Social Housing.
  • Experience in overseeing Managing Agents.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • Background in leasehold or housing management.
  • Familiarity with the NEC system (preferred).
  • Experience in line management.
