Job Summary
The Personal Shopping Manager is a key role within the Selfridges team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a leader in the department, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates and providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
- Provide coaching and training to sales associates on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and drive sales growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
- Strong coaching and training skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
