Role Overview
As a Personal Shopping Manager at Selfridges, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and service experts to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your primary goal will be to provide a bespoke service to customers from around the world, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales and productivity, while maintaining high service standards.
- Lead by example, delivering exceptional service to customers and motivating your team to do the same.
- Monitor and respond to customer needs, staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
- Create and execute plans to achieve sales and profit targets, ensuring budget and payroll are aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and develop your team, providing regular feedback and coaching to help them grow and succeed.
- Collaborate with various functions across the business to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Ensure compliance with trading standards, health and safety legislation, and security standards.

- A sales and service expert with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.

- Sales - Total OB and concession sales (LY and Plan)
