Job Title: Community Facility Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Facility Co-ordinator to join our Operations team at James Allen's Girls' School. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and passionate facilities professional to work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure the smooth running of facilities and estates across the site.

About the Role

The post holder will work with the operational managers at the School to deliver and improve upon a positive health, safety, and sustainability culture that focuses on excellent customer service for our pupils, parents, and staff. This will involve managing projects, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering services with excellent interpersonal skills and an enabling attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for young people
  • Work with operational managers to deliver and improve upon a positive health, safety, and sustainability culture
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage projects to improve facilities and estates
  • Deliver services with excellent customer service skills
  • Manage change and improve performance
