We support a hybrid work model, where you will work in our London office two days a week and remotely for the rest of the week.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in developing Star Wars™: Hunters, an exciting arena combat game for Nintendo Switch and mobile platforms. This game will unite players in exhilarating, team-based multiplayer battles featuring a diverse cast of new Star Wars characters.

In this role, you will leverage your strong analytical skills, business acumen, and critical thinking to create and enhance extraordinary gaming experiences that will significantly impact our players. • Utilize data to generate actionable insights and communicate findings to the team through dashboards and reports.
  • Assist the leadership team in defining and refining the game's business strategy to establish a comprehensive product roadmap for development and ongoing live operations.
  • Conduct user and competitive research, promoting the use of innovative game technology, ensuring product decisions are informed by thorough data analysis and market understanding.
  • Advocate for player interests.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in product management within free-to-play game live operations, with a successful track record of managing large-scale live operations.
  • Proficiency in creating wireframes, product specifications, and white papers.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL.
  • Excellent project management capabilities and the ability to present work to senior leadership.
  • A genuine passion for gaming, with a focus on creating engaging and addictive user experiences.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capacity to provide clear direction, establish measurable objectives, and offer insights on industry trends.
  • Deep knowledge and enthusiasm for mid-core, action, and combat games.
  • Previous experience managing live operations post-global launch.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in launching and managing games across multiple platforms.

  • Opportunity to create next-generation games enjoyed by millions worldwide.
  • Work within a family-oriented, collaborative team that prioritizes your professional development.
  • A diverse and supportive team of colleagues.
