About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Support Assistant to join our team at Williams Place in Didcot. As a Care and Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later life to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality individual care to residents, promoting their independence and wellbeing.
  • Provide housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans.
  • Support and encourage residents to participate in a wide range of activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
  • Assist residents with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting them on visits as needed.
  • Help residents with their shopping and provide general support with daily tasks.
About You
  • You will be a warm and friendly individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of older people.
  • You will have a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • You will be driven to provide high-quality care and support, and have a commitment to promoting the wellbeing and happiness of our residents.
  • You will have a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification or equivalent, although consideration will be given to candidates with alternative qualifications and relevant experience.
