This is a fantastic opportunity to work with clients with learning disabilities and downs syndrome in their own home as part of a team of support workers. The focus is on promoting the independence of the clients, providing the best quality support and ensuring they get the best possible quality of life. The role involves providing care, supporting around the house, helping with meals, household chores, outings and activities as well as supporting with medication and personal care. The ideal candidate will be a driver, preferably with experience in care or learning disabilities and a good understanding of physical disability and epilepsy. **Key Responsibilities:**
