About the Role

At Allegis Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Business Support Associate to join our team. As a Business Support Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our contractors, Sales partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Contractor Support: Act as the sole point of contact for all contractor queries, proactively seeking solutions and escalating where necessary.
  • Data Management: Responsible for data entry, validation, and integrity for all information entered into Allegis Internal systems.
  • Contractor Records: Update and maintain contractor records on Allegis Internal systems and Salesforce.
  • Time and Expense Support: Partner with Time & Expense Associates to resolve internal business queries and support with ad-hoc reporting.
  • Legislative Compliance: Understand and apply legislation affecting the business and contractors, managing change in line with legislation.
  • Right to Work: Understand right to work requirements and restrictions, applying working knowledge applicable to contractors.
  • Policy and Compliance: Advise consultants and contractors on policies, compliance, and any other information that affects the business and/or the individual.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Complete ad hoc projects and duties as requested by manager.
