As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will assist the Leasehold Manager in ensuring accurate accounting of service charges across all leasehold properties while enhancing our operational capabilities to identify and leverage revenue-generating opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Leasehold Manager and other departments to achieve our strategic goals, particularly in income maximization and asset protection.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure precise accounting of service charges in relation to the services provided across all leasehold properties.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding estimates and actual charges.
  • Support the Leasehold Manager in managing processes and data analysis for income recovery from leaseholders and shared owners, including legal proceedings if necessary.
  • Utilize your expertise in leasehold matters to guide other teams during leasehold consultations and assist with billing for major works.
  • Serve as a primary contact for all shared ownership clients, managing inquiries related to staircasing and sales, as well as legal matters.
  • Oversee legal actions concerning lease violations, ensuring a coordinated response across customer relations teams for a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist the Leasehold Manager in providing training and support to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in leasehold and shared ownership.
  • Contribute to performance monitoring and reporting, ensuring adherence to established standards and targets.
  • Actively promote our organizational culture and values.
