Job Overview

We are in search of a Client Relationship Manager to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will oversee the comprehensive service and experience for a designated group of clients. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, managing, and reporting any discrepancies related to service level agreements (SLAs), facilitating service enhancement initiatives, and leading ongoing change requests related to our offerings.

Key Responsibilities
