Customer Success Manager

We're Stampede AI Ltd, a software company revolutionizing the hospitality sector with our innovative guest experience and engagement platform. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the long-term success and satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deeply understand client needs and provide proactive support to drive product adoption and account growth.
  • Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage key accounts and oversee project management efforts to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or a related field within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record in managing customer relationships, driving account growth, and delivering complex projects.
  • Familiarity with customer success tools and software, such as HubSpot, Gainsight, and Zendesk.
  • Experience with NPS/CES scores and surveys is a significant advantage.
