About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support to our customers in a digital environment. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer service experience, managing internal and external customer escalations, and building positive relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an excellent customer service experience through all stages of the customer journey.
  • Manage internal and external customer escalations via digital chat and email.
  • Build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable skills in delivering an excellent customer service experience.
  • Strong Pension product knowledge (SIPP, GPP and Trust Based Schemes).
  • A strong grasp of platform technology solutions and digital communication tools.
  • Good understanding of the Financial Services industry.
