Customer Success Manager

We're Stampede AI Ltd, a software company revolutionizing the hospitality sector with our innovative guest experience and engagement platform. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a vital role in our Customer Experience team, ensuring the long-term success and satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Deeply understand client needs and provide proactive support to drive product adoption and account growth.
- Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients, leveraging commercial acumen, project management, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Manage key accounts, oversee project management efforts, and contribute to the company's bottom line.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or a related field within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record in managing customer relationships, driving account growth, and delivering complex projects.
- Familiarity with customer success tools and software, such as HubSpot, Gainsight, and Zendesk.
- Experience with NPS/CES scores and surveys is a significant advantage.
