About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality psychological services to our patients and contributing to the development of our mental health services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver individual and group interventions to patients with a range of mental health needs.
  • Conduct assessments and formulate treatment plans in collaboration with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide supervision and training to junior staff and students.
  • Contribute to the development of our mental health services, including the design and implementation of new programs and initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for patients.

Requirements

  • Doctoral level training in clinical psychology.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience of working in a mental health setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
