About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our Psychology team, you will work closely with Lead Psychologists, Clinical Associate Psychologists, and Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners to deliver high-quality psychological services to our population.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group interventions, including direct and indirect psychological support, to individuals and groups.
- Supervise and contribute to the interventions of other professionals in the team.
- Develop and implement evidence-based psychological interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and other modalities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Participate in clinical supervision, learning, and service development discussions with the team.
