Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our Psychology team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our community.
Key Responsibilities- Work alongside Lead Psychologists, Clinical Associate Psychologists, and Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners to deliver individual and group interventions, supervise, and contribute to the interventions of other professionals in the team.
- Develop and apply a breadth of psychology skills, with support and supervision from experienced psychologists, to help our population through direct and indirect interventions.
- Participate in clinical supervision, learning, clinical and service development discussions, and peer support with a group of experienced psychologists.
- Develop yourself through internal and external training programs, including training in EMDR, and shape our mental health services.
- Contribute to teaching, trainee placements, and input to the development of the curriculum through our strong links with the University of Leicester.
- Engage with a network of psychologists across LPT services to exchange ideas and learning through regular forum meetings.
