Position: Junior Surveying Professional

As a Junior Surveying Professional, you will embark on a journey to gain valuable experience in the realm of Building Surveying. This role is designed for individuals eager to develop their skills and knowledge under the mentorship of seasoned professionals. You will engage in practical tasks that will enhance your understanding of property assessments, energy evaluations, and compliance with building standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Acquisition: Support senior surveyors in collecting precise measurements and conducting thorough assessments. Utilize advanced surveying tools and methodologies to ensure data accuracy.

Field Assistance: Work alongside surveying teams during site evaluations and inspections. Assist in identifying challenges and contributing to their resolution with guidance from experienced colleagues.

Data Analysis: Participate in the processing and evaluation of survey data using specialized software. Learn to interpret findings and identify areas for improvement.

Reporting and Documentation: Create detailed reports and documentation of survey results. Develop effective communication skills to present findings to colleagues and stakeholders clearly.

Quality Control: Uphold high standards of accuracy in all surveying tasks. Engage in quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Must possess independent travel capabilities to meet with surveyors. At least one year of experience in a technical or practical role within the construction sector is preferred. Basic understanding of the window and door industry, including installation and removal processes. Familiarity with building regulations at a foundational level. Basic knowledge of various building trades. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Proven customer service abilities. Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. Self-motivated and driven.
