This role presents an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact, drive change, and play a crucial role as an Export Sales Analysis and Performance Management Manager. You will be responsible for leveraging sales and financial data to identify customer performance trends, assess opportunities and risks, and enhance the performance management of our extensive salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks to export account revenue.

• Generate actionable reports on overall sales unit performance and at the campaign level.

• Prepare materials for sales engagement sessions, including collaboration with senior sales leaders and the development of insightful sales scorecards.

• Regularly review the sales pipeline and develop strategies to expedite deal conversions.

• Conduct a mix of routine and ad hoc sales analyses to meet ongoing and specific business needs.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Information Team to enhance data availability and utilize trend analysis to propose upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Candidate Profile:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and experience:


• Strong numerical skills with the ability to model various customer and sales scenarios.

• Excellent organizational capabilities and proficiency in using multiple reporting tools.

• Ability to produce actionable, data-driven analyses and insights to guide focused activities across a large salesforce.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.

• Experience in generating regular reporting and analysis, with a proactive approach to improving formats and content while drawing actionable conclusions from data.

• Familiarity with international products and the sales/commercial processes and reporting systems of Royal Mail is advantageous.

• Highly motivated, with a proactive attitude towards personal performance.
