Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Email & CRM Coordinator to enhance our European Regional Team. This role is pivotal in executing CRM strategies aimed at boosting customer engagement, loyalty, and sustainable growth, thereby contributing to essential business performance indicators for the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage newsletters and SMS campaigns across various markets, ensuring timely and precise execution.
  • Conduct thorough testing of all newsletters prior to distribution to guarantee optimal template functionality across different devices and email platforms.
  • Oversee the coordination of content translations with external agencies, ensuring all deadlines for submissions are adhered to.
  • Revise and enhance triggered campaigns to ensure they remain relevant to seasonal trends and significant content moments.
  • Analyze performance metrics of newsletters and triggered campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates among subscribers across all markets.
  • Work closely with the regional performance marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all promotional channels, focusing on traffic, conversion, and revenue enhancement.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Specialist to drive subscriber growth through effective data acquisition strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Email Marketing, preferably within the fashion sector.
  • Familiarity with Email Service Platforms, particularly Adobe Campaign.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Attribution Models.
  • Experience in digital visual presentation, supported by either academic or practical experience.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Awareness of fashion trends and a creative mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and align with key stakeholders.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

This position is a Fixed Term Contract based in our Regional Office.
