Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Email & CRM Coordinator to enhance our European Regional Team. This role is pivotal in executing CRM strategies aimed at fostering customer engagement, loyalty, and sustainable growth, thereby contributing to essential business performance indicators.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, create, and implement newsletters and SMS campaigns across various markets, ensuring precision, consistency, and timely execution.
  • Conduct thorough testing of all newsletters prior to distribution to guarantee optimal template functionality across different devices and email platforms.
  • Oversee the coordination of copy translations with our translation agency, ensuring adherence to submission deadlines.
  • Revise and optimize triggered campaigns to maintain seasonal relevance and align with significant content milestones.
  • Analyze performance metrics of newsletters and triggered campaigns to ensure maximum engagement and conversion rates among subscribers across all markets.
  • Work closely with the regional performance marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all promotional channels, focusing on enhancing traffic, conversion, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Specialist to drive subscriber growth through effective data acquisition initiatives.

Essential Skills
  • Experience in Email Marketing, preferably within the fashion sector.
  • Familiarity with Email Service Platforms, with knowledge of Adobe Campaign being advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Attribution Models.
  • Proficient in digital visual presentation, supported by either academic or practical experience.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time.
  • Creativity and awareness of fashion trends.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and align with key stakeholders.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
