Since our inception in 2005, we have collaborated with artisans and manufacturers primarily in Kenya and India to produce stylish clothing collections for both men and women, utilizing natural, organic, and sustainable materials. Aspiga operates as a multi-channel retailer, generating sales through online platforms, wholesale partnerships, and retail outlets.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you will oversee the CRM campaign strategy, aligning it with the company's business objectives and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators focused on enhancing conversion rates and revenue through increased repeat purchases, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the Ecommerce Team, Senior Merchandiser, and Brand Creative Manager to strategize, build, execute, and optimize lifecycle, transactional, and promotional campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, and loyalty programs.
- Implement A/B and multivariate testing to refine campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize customer insights to tailor messages and campaigns for specific segments.
- Expand the customer base by adopting innovative trends and strategies.
- Enhance the Klaviyo platform to deliver top-tier marketing through automated, data-driven insights.
- Work alongside the Marketing team to cultivate relevant partnerships that boost brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Drive customer retention through targeted email campaigns, identifying performance marketing cohorts, and maximizing the potential of the loyalty program.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on CRM campaigns and database performance, sharing insights with the broader business.
- Manage all aspects of email marketing, including crafting copy that aligns with the brand's tone and visual identity.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative Brand to develop visually compelling campaigns.
- Assist in various marketing areas as needed.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a CRM role within an ecommerce setting, preferably in the fashion sector.
- Familiarity with Photoshop is advantageous.
- Experience in developing email campaigns and flows using Klaviyo.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of Shopify Plus.
- Commercially aware with a creative mindset.
- Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze results and identify opportunities.
- Solid understanding of segmentation strategies, user journey mapping, automation, and personalization.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
