Email Marketing and CRM Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing and CRM Manager to join our Growth and Marketing team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention through targeted email marketing and effective CRM strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute lead generation strategies and tactics that align with the company's business objectives.
- Manage lead data in our CRM system and work with the sales team to ensure lead quality, lead nurturing, and lead conversion.
- Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns through our CRM system to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of email marketing and CRM campaigns with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Create engaging and relevant content for email marketing campaigns, CRM activities, and other marketing channels to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM management, with a track record of driving business results.
- Experience in Data Analytics.
- SQL or MS Excel proficiency.
- Experience working in the payments or financial services industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Experience with CRM systems (specifically HubSpot) and email marketing platforms.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
