Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and uphold the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily business activities, supporting colleagues and management effectively.
  • Deliver day orders, weekly reports, and month-end reports to keep the team and management informed.
  • Collate and report on customer returns and warranty issues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to manage daily operations and support senior management.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a track record of resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Experience in supporting purchase administration and quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to deliver accurate and timely reports.

This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact, working closely with senior management and various departments to drive operational excellence.

Working hours Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm.
