Job Title: Account Manager

At Lawes Consulting Group, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, building long-lasting relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and present high-quality client documents, negotiate renewal terms, and provide alternative quotations.
  • Handle mid-term adjustments proactively and respond to client queries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate recording of client details and timely entry onto the system.
  • Expertly handle client policy queries and confirm cover with relevant insurers.
  • Prepare debit notes and summaries of cover, ensuring secure delivery of policy documentation.
  • Take care of account queries and credit control matters, highlighting concerns to Account Executives/Directors.
  • Align with key legal and regulatory policies, safeguarding the business.
Requirements:
  • Hold or be working towards Cert CII/Dip CII.
  • Deep knowledge of general insurance products, services, and classes of insurance.
  • Strong risk awareness and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Client-centric approach, prioritizing their needs and business requirements.
  • Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Good planning and analytical skills, with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently, with a due diligence approach to completing workload and achieving deadlines.
