We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our team at FMCG Selection. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of top 6 grocery retail accounts, driving business growth and developing strategic customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key retail and foodservice relationships
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal and external product development teams to drive NPD
  • Report to the Sales Director and contribute to the development of the sales team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in National Account or Senior National Account Manager role
  • Strong understanding of the retail multiples and private label food products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £50,000 to £55,000
