About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Rental Agent at Thrifty Car & Van Rental. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless rental experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their rental needs in both in-person and telephone interactions
  • Complete tasks such as opening and closing rental agreements, locating fleet from other branches, and building rapport with all our customers
  • Prepare vehicles for rental and deliver and collect vehicles to customers at other branches
  • Conduct daily fleet and vehicle checks

About You

We are looking for a hardworking individual with the ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
