An enthusiastic, hardworking, results driven individual is required to join our lettings team. We are an established independent estate agent in and around Cardiff, seeking to consolidate and expand our current rental and sales portfolios.
The role offers a great deal of variety and will involve dealing with enquiries from tenants and landlords, preparing pre and post tenancy inventories, and completing the relevant administration processes for rentals of properties.
Key Activities
Deal with all incoming calls as appropriate
Applicant care in line with company procedures
Efficiently deal with Landlord and Tenant enquiries
Maintaining monthly target spreadsheets
Meet and greet all people entering the office as appropriate
Organising viewings/diary
Negotiating renewals when applicable for properties and managing the paperwork
Person Specification
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
A strong customer focus
Desire to meet and exceed targets
Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
Must be ambitious and highly motivated
