Property Administration Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Lettings Administrator to join our team at James Douglas Sales and Lettings.
About the Role:
- This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for administering lettings agreements and providing excellent support to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer lettings agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants to ensure seamless property transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Property Management Team to ensure the smooth running of the portfolio.
- EPC Registering.
- Clean, stock, and check cars when used.
- Ensure landlord and vendor compliance.
- Board instructing.
- Property valuations.
- Assist with the implementation of in-store promotions.
- Carry out all duties as detailed for your role in the Company's job role matrix.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in the industry is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Full clean driving license is required.
Schedule:
- Day shift.
- Monday to Friday.
- Weekend availability.
