Position Summary

This role requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who excels in teamwork. The primary responsibility is to serve as the main point of contact for clients and employees, ensuring a seamless experience that reflects the values of both the client and JLL.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm welcome to visitors, guiding them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, directing them as necessary.
  • Oversee visitor parking arrangements and coordinate transportation services as needed.
  • Facilitate the booking of meeting rooms and hospitality services in accordance with established procedures.

Health, Safety, and Security

  • Collaborate with site management and security teams to ensure a safe environment.
  • Conduct health and safety inductions for new personnel.
  • Maintain a high level of security awareness and knowledge of emergency protocols.
  • Issue identification badges and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure compliance with stock levels.
  • Maintain the visitor sign-in log and support site induction processes.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders. Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service are essential for success in this role.

Work Schedule

This position is part-time, requiring 25 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday.
