Nursery Practitioner - Cricklewood

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team at Nurse Seekers as a Nursery Practitioner. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to each child's needs, promoting their development towards key milestones.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in childcare.
  • Hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare and be willing to participate in basic training such as first aid and DBS.

Requirements:

  • Passionate and caring individual with a genuine interest in childcare and education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the nursery.
